Sports Performance Training

Sports Performance Training at Freak Performance is built for athletes who want to move better, get stronger, and perform faster—without wasting time on workouts that don’t transfer. Every session is structured around the essentials: speed, power, strength, mobility, and durability. We train the whole athlete so what you do in the weight room shows up in your sport—more explosiveness, better control, and confidence under pressure.

What You’re Actually Training

This isn’t bodybuilding. It’s performance. We focus on sprint mechanics, plyometrics, multi-directional movement, strength development, and conditioning that supports your sport—not fights it. Training is coached, intentional, and scaled to your age, experience, and needs. Whether you’re trying to make a team, earn minutes, come back stronger, or separate at the next level, we build the plan and push the standard.

Freak Performance Sports Performance is for middle school, high school, college, and pro athletes across any sport—plus serious competitors who want structured training that works. If you’re ready to train with purpose and hold yourself to a higher level, you’re in the right place.

Quick Waiver Before You Train

To keep things safe and organized, we require a completed waiver for every athlete before the first session. It takes just a minute. If the athlete is under 18, a parent/guardian must sign.
